Medications
ALL medications require a physician’s written order and
parental permission.
This includes over the counter medicines,
such as Tylenol and cough syrup.
All medications must be delivered to school by the parent
(or designated adult) in original prescription bottle or original manufacturer’s container.
Medication sent loose in a zip-lock bag can NOT be dispensed
by the Nurse.
