Attention Parents/Guardians in our West Milford Preschool Program at Maple Road School:
The necessary forms for your student to enroll in kindergarten for the school year 2022-2023 are below. Your student is registered in the district and the additional documents that are required of you are non residency forms.
Your student's new attending school will be disclosed in the Kindergarten Registration for Special Services letter to be sent home in your student's backpack and emailed by January 19, 2022. Once you receive this letter, you can complete the forms. Please print ALL completed forms, schedule an appointment at your student's new attending school and submit the required documents.
