Anyone entering the building MUST present Photo ID at the main entrance doors.  If you do not have Photo ID you will not be allowed to enter the building.

 

  • While school is in session, all visitors and students must enter the building through the front entrance only.  All visitors and students MUST ring the bell.  Under no circumstances should students or visitors open/hold open doors.

 

  • Visitors will not be permitted to enter the building during passing time (period change). 

 

  • If someone is dropping something off for a student, front door security will retrieve the item(s) at the door and the student will be called down to the main office in between periods.  We are unable to call students out of class to retrieve item(s).  If a parent/guardian needs to speak to their student in person, they must call the main office in advance.

 

  • If a parent/guardian or emergency contact is picking up a student they must be on the student’s contact list, if they are not on the contact list they are not allowed to enter the building.  Contacts can be updated through the Parent Portal on the district website.

 

  • Anyone needing to meet with staff members in any department must call to make an appointment so that we can better and more efficiently expedite your request.
