WEST MILFORD TOWNSHIP PUBLIC SCHOOLS KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Kindergarten registration for West Milford residents will begin January 18, 2022, for those children who will be five (5) years old on or before October 1, 2022.
Now is the time to begin to register your child for Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year. To access the pre-registration materials, please select “For Families, Kindergarten Registration 2022-23.” This will bring you to the On-Line Registration link – WMTPS Student Preregistration. Click on this link to begin the pre-registration process. Once you have completed the pre-registration documents, please call the school your child will be attending to schedule a registration appointment. If you are unsure about which school your child will attend, the Transportation Department may be contacted at 973-697-0777.

Families who register prior to February 15, 2022, will be given the opportunity to select a morning or afternoon orientation session at their kindergartener’s home school. Registrations received after this date, will be assigned. The following are the Kindergarten Orientation dates and times for the elementary schools:

We are anticipating adding additional dates and times for each school as sessions meet our maximum capacity. Although Kindergarten Orientation settings will be in person, we will be following our COVID-19 safety protocols inclusive of reduced capacity, social distancing, the use of face coverings and the Daily COVID-19 Screening Tool.
